Lu Yueh, born in Hualien in 1991, graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts in 2015, and participated in the half-year exchange student Program of Hongik University in South Korea in 2017. She was currently studying in the Master's Program of the Fine Arts Department in Taipei National University of the Arts.
Drawing and abstract expressionism characterize Lu Yueh's paintings. Influenced by literature and architecture, she repeatedly assembles materials between personal daily sketches, photography, and notes. Her works are mostly in the form of paintings, photography, and artist's books. She concerns the metaphorical space of images and media, and explores how to construct and observe in mobile experience and her position.
